As I have paid RM5,000 deposit for a condominium, I am now sourcing to get Personal Loans to pay the rest for the condo. I will pay about 30% of the total amount of RM281,000 which is RM84,300 in a check from my bank account. The rest of 70% will be paid by installments over several years. The condominium will solely be under my name and I plan to use it for investment purposes and for weekend getaway. Since it is built on top of commercial shopping lots, there will be plenty of window shopping to do and buying groceries will be so convenient. Just take a lift downstairs and buy the items. Everything is well within walking distance. Penang Times Square will be the upcoming township in Penang Island where properties are more expensive than mainland Malaysia.
