Looks like Citibank is not genuine in rewarding you for the many introductions. In fact, I had my UOB lady's classic card cancelled due to unauthorised use and they promised to give me a Parker pen for my over 20,000 points collected. But it has been over 2 weeks now and I still did not get to redeem it. Wow, you got scammed by them. Looks like Citibank is not genuine in rewarding you for the many introductions.
